Pricing & Information

Pricing: •   Our events are $200  per hour

Max Capacity is 40 person firm | This is based on Fire Code with only 1 bathroom - this includes people outside or inside. 

Pricing includes access to the entire space inside, ample parking, one staff member to monitor the event, tables, chairs, and a free consultation.

If your event is during normal hours there will be a upcharge for hours we would normally be open

If extra staff is needed, it will be $30/hour per staff member.    

Food and Beverage pricing will vary depending on your preferences. Please see below.   

Food and Beverage Options: Food Options:  

1.  You can bring your outside food or bring trays from a local restaurant etc. 

2.  Hire a catering company of your desire for the event. We recommend our neighbors Bread & Butter

3.  We sell Beer & Wine - any specific order will have to be discussed upon consultation. You may not bring in your own Beer & Wine - all ordering has to go through us as per state law.

Beverage Options:  

1.  Beverages will need to be purchased on-site from our Beer & Wine bar. Prices and types of alcohol to be discussed upon consultation. 

Other Rentals: •  Additional tables, chairs, flatware, tablecloths, napkins, flowers etc. We can discuss these in further detail upon consultation. 

We use One Stop Event Rentals in South Portland. They have a lovely selection of everything from tables to cloth napkins to flatware, all at great prices. Plus, they are down the street from L&M so the pick-up and drop off are extra easy!
